Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0 years of relevant experience required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in community engagement, managing community centers, volunteer management, community programming, event planning, and/or understanding of diverse abilities is strongly preferred
- Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships within the community
- Demonstrated proficiency in community and civic engagement is essential
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on developing preventive wellness programs for community groups, focusing on measurable outcomes
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including coordination of meeting spaces for efficiency
- Promote facility awareness and community utilization through strategic marketing plans
- Integrate Medical Center systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance for facility usage, working closely with the Director
- Participate in community engagement sessions to gather feedback and contribute to program design
Preferred Qualifications
