Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- 3+ years of previous Program or Project Management experience required
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposal plans and schedules
- Manage proposal efforts within budget
- Develop compliant bid/proposals in response to customer requests for procurement (RFP)
- Conducting proposal kick-off meetings and progress/status meetings to maintain the proposal schedule
- Compiling and formatting the proposal document; including writing and editing sections
- Manage RFI response process and prepare RFI for submittal
- Participate in proposal negotiations
- Conduct After Action Review following completion of the proposal to identify and document process turnbacks and lessons learned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous space experience preferred not required
