Requirements

• Top Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

Responsibilities

• Provides technical engineering support to include Project Management, Requirements, Analysis, Systems Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Network/Voice Systems Administration, system Security, and Configuration management for the FBI EVoIP and External Dialing infrastructure systems
• Supervises all personnel engaged in the operation and support of EVoIP and External Dialing including all communications equipment in large scale or multi-shift operations
• Supervises complex operations that involve two or more additional functions such as, but not limited to, network operations, systems security, systems software support, and production support activities
• Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects
• Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions
• Involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components
• Communicating project requirements clearly
• Creating a plan with incremental goals and deadlines
• Planning and leading team meetings
• Liaising between clients and team members
• Delegating and assigning tasks
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Identifying and mitigating obstacles
• Writing project reviews and performance reports
• Overseeing documentation
• Manages burn reports, invoicing, processing of quotes

Preferred Qualifications

• MA/MS – 4 years of experience
• Doctorate Degree/Ph.D. – 3 years of experience
• No Degree – 10 years of experience
