Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 8 years of relevant experience (such as Program or Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain, etc)
  • Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) program teams
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk & Opportunity Management experience
  • Experience supporting proposal efforts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
  • An active and transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Support and present Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Estimate at Completions (EACs), as well as coordinating customer Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
  • Coordinate and align interactions, expectations, and transactions between customers and other primes
  • Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts
  • Manage opportunity, cost, quality and schedule, performance and technical aspects
  • Support proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications, negotiation, and administration of contracts with the customer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to customers and senior key team members
  • Experience working with complex teams/projects across multiple business platforms
  • Experience with EOIR technologies and projects
  • Thorough organization and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly come up to speed on technical and management efforts currently underway while building strong customer relationships to continue receive/compete for follow-on contracts
  • Knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, and Financials
