Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Supply Chain experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive accountability of the IBP Executive step standardized process
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the IBP executive step across the enterprise.
- Drive the alignment and agreement with COE IBP step owners for Portfolio Management, Demand, Finance, and Supply Reviews.
- Act as the key liaison between the IBP Plan COE and the IBP Leads as part of the design and implementation program, ensuring connectivity between the OU/RLM Executive step and the Portfolio Executive step.
- Leverage Executive steps to drive decision-making and deliver MDT KPIs across the enterprise.
- Manage short-term projects or detailed analyses (including coordinating cross-functional teams) supporting the IBP process.
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects to drive IBP performance and maturity of the Executive step.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and implementing change initiatives requiring collaboration and influence management skills
- Prior experience in Supply Chain utilizing IBP or S&OP processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and meetings
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand key business concepts and communicate with business stakeholders
- Work experience in a large, matrixed organization structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands
