Bachelor’s degree required with a preferred major in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more employees: corrective action and termination, recruitment, staffing, performance, mentoring, and promotion.
Strong proficiency in excel and data analytics.
Ability to prepare high level executive and routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Oversee corporate, employee, and affordable housing program and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Manage a team of 5 direct reports and responsible for overseeing their day-to-day tasks.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy levels.
Work with property operations teams to resolve resident concerns.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Monitor program performance and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
Stay up to date with changes in housing regulations and programs.
Maintain the highest level of customer service for residents, vendors, and corporate departments.
Identify and escalate trends and provide resolution insights.
Ensure reporting and systems are kept up to date and accurate for compliance purposes.
Assist with other ad hoc requests as needed.
Manage staff and oversee their training and development.
