Program Manager – Consumer Financial Solutions

3-5 years of experience in a Program Manager or Project Manager role
Proven experience building positive, constructive, results-driving relationships with Product and Engineering (R&D) teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Expert level proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Able to influence laterally and vertically
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Lead and manage multiple concurrent programs and projects
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
Monitor and report on program/project progress
Facilitate project meetings
Build constructive relationships with stakeholders, including executives, based on trust, empathy, and accountability
Partner confidently with product and engineering teams on complex technical projects
Foster a spirit of collaboration and delivery in a highly dynamic environment
Champion and educate on Agile principles and practices
Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to manage projects and drive continuous improvement
Expert level knowledge of Atlassian tools, specifically Jira (Jira, Jira Plans)
Identify opportunities to improve program and project management processes and tools
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices
Document and maintain program/project documentation
