7+ years relevant experience.
Experience working in colleague experience, communications, or events an asset.
Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage project plans and execute on deliverables on time and on budget.
Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Solid relationship management skills.
Confident in presenting to a large audience.
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change.

Develop and execute the Wealth Career Learning strategy.
Develop and execute diverse programs and activities in support of the Wealth Colleague Experience Strategy.
Plan and facilitate in-person and virtual events.
Work with key stakeholders and third-party vendors to organize events and programs.
Manage, analyze and draw insights from data to inform priorities and initiatives, including post-implementation reviews and program analysis to ensure solutions continue to meet Wealth’s strategy and vision.
Research, analyze and develop Best in Class solutions designed to address gaps and priorities.
Manage and maintain the Learning and Development budget for Wealth to meet plan.
Lead, motivate and develop relationships across all Wealth lines of business and key stakeholders to develop productive working relationships.
Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.
Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for own area of expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team.
Keep current on emerging trends/developments in the colleague experience space.
Support and enhance the TD Brand (corporate; customer; business) by maintaining high personal and professional standards for all activities and deliverables.
