Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience working in colleague experience, communications, or events an asset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage project plans and execute on deliverables on time and on budget.
  • Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid relationship management skills.
  • Confident in presenting to a large audience.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Wealth Career Learning strategy.
  • Develop and execute diverse programs and activities in support of the Wealth Colleague Experience Strategy.
  • Plan and facilitate in-person and virtual events.
  • Work with key stakeholders and third-party vendors to organize events and programs.
  • Manage, analyze and draw insights from data to inform priorities and initiatives, including post-implementation reviews and program analysis to ensure solutions continue to meet Wealth’s strategy and vision.
  • Research, analyze and develop Best in Class solutions designed to address gaps and priorities.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning and Development budget for Wealth to meet plan.
  • Lead, motivate and develop relationships across all Wealth lines of business and key stakeholders to develop productive working relationships.
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.
  • Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for own area of expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Keep current on emerging trends/developments in the colleague experience space.
  • Support and enhance the TD Brand (corporate; customer; business) by maintaining high personal and professional standards for all activities and deliverables.
