Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
- Proven program/project management skills with an emphasis on timely delivery
- Experience tracking projects in GANTT charts and/or implementation of Agile tracking tools/methodologies such as JIRA, Scrum or Kanban
Responsibilities
- Provide support to lead PMs as needed to ensure successful program execution
- Prepare, maintain and drive schedules to milestones
- Prepare for, support or lead internal or customer program reviews
- Create presentations, write reports and develop other contract deliverable documents
- Lead proposal teams to develop estimates and prepare responses to customer RFPs
- Understand the scope, requirements, and interdependencies of assigned programs
- Establish regular communications with upper management and other stakeholders regarding program status, schedule trends, risk management, mitigation and recovery actions
- Interface with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Mission Development and other internal functional groups as required to accomplish program objectives
- Perform whatever duties are necessary to ensure successful program execution
Preferred Qualifications
- A current or recent Top Secret (TS/SI) security clearance
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Program/Project Management
- Experience working in a large matrixed organization
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on scheduling proficiency using GANTT charts or Agile tools/methodologies
- Experience with government contracting and classified government programs
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA tool suite and Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies
- Experience creating government proposal estimates, cost and technical volumes
- Experience in wireless telecommunications and digital signal processing communities
- PMP Project Management Professional certification
- CSM Certified Scrum Master certification
