Requirements
- Experience in program management, particularly in clean energy or related fields

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary driver for the achievement of contracted goals and alignment with Scope of Work (SOW) requirements
- Ensure that all program metrics and data are tracked in compliance with the Scope of Work and any client requirements
- Act as the primary representative for SEEL and the program in matters related to program expansion and partnership
- Monitor and maintain program metrics and databases, ensuring they are accurate and reflective of program performance
- Lead the program by being the point-person for regular client check-ins and related meetings
- Advocate for the advancement of clean energy programs and identify barriers to program success
- Work with internal finance and accounting teams to ensure that program spend is on track throughout the contract cycle
- Provide leadership and guidance to other staff and volunteers focused on clean energy
