8+ years experience in operations, implementation, product management or other relevant role, with a focus on policy issues and collaboration with global operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability for strategic and critical thinking, demonstrating strong attention to detail while maintaining an understanding of the big picture and the value of both perspectives.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly in navigating uncharted territory and new concepts.
A proven track record of effective leadership with the ability to independently manage a portfolio of complex issues.
Fluency in data analysis and leading data-driven decision-making
Working experience with the product development lifecycle within technology, regulations, and/or industry landscape.

Lead translation of policies into clear agent articles and enforcement guidance, overseeing end-to-end implementation that ensures fidelity of the policy – anchored in Airbnb’s principles and ecosystem.
Contribute to the development of Airbnb’s scalable enforcement guidance by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Trust, Legal, and Communications.
Act as a critical bridge in policy development and implementation, proactively anticipating changes and influencing the direction of emerging policy areas.
Analyze enforcement, product, market, and other relevant data to refine policy and enforcement guidance, while proactively identifying risk areas and emerging integrity challenges.
Demonstrate the ability to deeply analyze complex issues and identify actionable decisions that can be scaled across manual and automated moderation systems.
Serve as a strategic resource to the policy team, helping to shape systems, processes, decision frameworks, and quality standards.
