Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
- Registered Nurse with a current California State Board of Nursing License.
- Minimum of 8 years of Registered Nursing experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
- BLS certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing-focused programs within Health Services.
- Leads strategic initiatives to improve patient care quality, staff satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborates with nursing leadership and manages program budgets and operations.
- Oversees, directs, and participates in daily functions, operations, projects, and activities of Nursing Services.
- Assists the Assistant Vice President of Nursing Services in various administrative, coordinative, analytical, and liaison capacities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing, Health Care Management, or business administration preferred.
- Ambulatory care nursing experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
