Program Cost Control Analyst 2 or 3

Level 2 – Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 1+ year of professional experience
Level 3 – Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Experience with financial analysis or reporting
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top-Secret, etc.)

Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support
Perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete
Ensure compliance with EVM guidelines and audits to our system description CTM F300
Close engagement with the Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Program Managers to track financial performance
Assist in cost proposals and financial adjustments as needed
Monitor cost, schedule and performance data using EVM principles
Support cost control, budgeting and forecasting programs
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial risks and opportunities
Assist in the development of Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and financial adjustments as needed
