Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required. Must be U.S. Citizen.
- Requires a high school diploma and five plus years of prior relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the program.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, ensure smooth program operations, and help drive successful outcomes by supporting all aspects of program delivery.
- Assist in the development and execution of program plans, ensuring that objectives, timelines, and resources are well defined.
- Act as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Organize and manage program schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring that all logistical details are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor the progress of programs, track milestones, and generate regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring that objectives are being met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including staff, materials, and equipment, ensuring that all program needs are met.
- Identify potential risks and challenges to program success, and work with relevant parties to develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist in evaluating program effectiveness, gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of programs.
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting for programs, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and financial targets.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, schedules, correspondence, and other relevant documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a DoD customer.
- Certification or training in project management is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
