Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting a DoD Major Defense Acquisition Program or Major System program with program strategy and resources oversight, schedules, program health assessment, milestone and phase decision reviews, program information, and reporting requirements
- Experience preparing and managing Flag, senior executive, and congressional-level briefs, correspondence, and reports
- Experience writing, editing, and reviewing acquisition documents, program review briefs, program reports, audits, congressional and media inquiries, and written materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and guidance such as Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline, Acquisition Decision Memorandum, Product Support Strategy, MS or Gate Program Review Brief, DAES Report, Modernized Selected Acquisition Report, Investment Program Funding and Quantities Chart or Spruill Chart, Independent Cost Estimate, and Cost Analysis Requirements Description
- Experience with AAF acquisition pathway determination, implementation of a single or use of multiple pathways, or transition across acquisition pathways
- Experience with using Microsoft Office 365 suite applications
- Knowledge of the DoD resources allocation process and activities, including PPBE, POM, BES, PB, PDM, or Reclama, congressional enchantment authorization or appropriation, and program execution
- Knowledge of federal laws, executive authorities, and DoD and DoN issuances, regulations, guidance, and standards
- Knowledge of contract management lifecycle, contracting strategy types, contract types, contract section structure, and fee structures
- Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Naval Sea Systems Command
- Experience with DoD and DoN authoritative system of record, including DAVE, RDAIS, Advana, Jupiter, NEPS, PBIS, PIEE, ASSIST, and AAFDID
- Experience with task management systems such as CATSM or ETMS2
- Experience with AAF Pathway and functional policies, guidance, and manuals, including DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5000.85, DoDI 5000.87, and SECNAV Instruction 5000.2G
- Experience with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, research, and organizational skills
