Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a program or project management role
- 3+ years of experience in a DoD environment
- Experience performing quality review functions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and an overall high level of quality for a range of contract documents
- Experience in planning or managing deliverable review, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive timely delivery
- Ability to communicate and document complex processes and present information to senior management and clients in written and verbal forms
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the DoD client
- Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
- Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and MS Suite
- Interact regularly with SMEs, schedulers, project managers, and clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating project management plans
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI, to support program management functions
- Knowledge of project financials
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process
- Ability to solve complex problems and identify improvements to internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Possession of leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Project Management Professional Certification
