Requirements
- 3 + years of related experience
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills are required
- Microsoft Suite Proficiency (Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Power Point, etc)
- Must be able to obtain secret clearance OR already have active secret
- Must be onsite in Hampton, VA
Responsibilities
- Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program
- Participate in establishing and defining program requirements
- Participate in team meetings, teleconferences, working group meetings, program management reviews and technical reviews. Coordinate efforts with the appropriate technical and/or programmatic experts to ensure a complete and quality product.
- Produce meeting minutes and track contract deliverables for submission to customer
- Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
- Drafting new or revised policies and procedures to include workflow through SharePoint.
- Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
- May perform business development activities
