Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the tech or real estate industry.
- Knowledge of emerging communications trends.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure communication effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Communications Manager in the planning and execution of AMER-specific communications and recognition program initiatives, managing tasks and contributing to ongoing program development.
- Lead the administration and updates of the Comms Hub and Playbook, ensuring all resources (recordings, training materials, etc.) are current and accessible.
- Develop and deliver monthly communications training sessions for the AMER account, covering topics such as how to utilize GSuite, Communications 101, and professional email writing.
- Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager to conduct annual audits of training materials and incorporate team feedback.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, videos, and executive communications.
- Provide expert editing and proofreading support to ensure clarity and accuracy in all communications.
- Transform complex information from documents into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations (deck wizardry!).
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and town hall meetings.
- Manage the account-wide calendar and communications requests.

- Adaptability: Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly, including basic graphic design principles.
