Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and B2B experience
- Minimum 1 year of telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Field: Work in close partnership with the Regional Sales Director and Professional Aesthetics Consultants within the region to which you are assigned. Align efforts, share insights, and drive regional success.
- Own Your Business: Manage and grow a defined book of business, maintaining high levels of customer engagement and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify, contact, and convert leads into new accounts through outbound calling, email outreach, social media, and virtual meetings.
- Lead Qualification & Conversion: Follow up on inbound leads and cold-call key decision makers to expand market presence and promote the Revance Aesthetics portfolio.
- Consistent Performance: Meet or exceed daily activity metrics, sales targets, and productivity standards to contribute to regional and national goals.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service and support during every customer interaction—fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term growth.
- Administrative Excellence: Complete all required training, account paperwork, documentation, and CRM updates accurately and on time.
- Cross-Functional Support: Serve as a key liaison between internal departments to help resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales preferred
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, goal-driven environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms for tracking, prospecting, and customer engagement.
