• Lead and mentor a team of audiovisual technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective operation of audio and video systems.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in audio and video technology.
• Manage relationships with audio and video equipment vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products and services and negotiating favorable contracts.
• Coordinate service agreements with vendors for ongoing maintenance and support of audio and video systems.
• Stay informed about emerging audio and video technologies, evaluating their potential for implementation in the stadium.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards for audio and video equipment and operations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment during installation, operation, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage budgets related to production technology.
