Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED (No Exceptions)
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen (No Exceptions)
- At least 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing environments
- Candidates will need to pass a Basic Math & Reading Comprehension assessment before being interviewed (No Exceptions)
- Candidate will need to pass a Pre-Employment Physical
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend ingredients to make products
- Regulate machines, operate equipment and mix or blend ingredients according to formulation batch cards accurately to meet production and/or inventory levels
- Maintain highest level of quality at all times
- Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing
- Responsible to clean machine and workstation after each job
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will train on Forklift.
