Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, preferably within chemical or catalyst manufacturing.
- Proven experience in project management and successful project delivery.
- Strong background in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Manufacturing Digitization Programme to enhance data integration, visualization, and planning capabilities.
- Support the transition to integrated planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Orchestrate) to improve production agility and efficiency.
- Integrate SAP-PM, OEE, and real-time data to optimize asset monitoring and production execution.
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and develop targeted improvement roadmaps.
- Contribute to capital project planning by supporting business cases for asset and process upgrades.
- Collaborate across functions to resolve production issues, drive continuous improvement, and institutionalize operational knowledge.
