Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing production experience, with a preference for high-volume plastic manufacturing
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading and motivating teams in a manufacturing production environment
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (we use SAP) and other manufacturing technology applications
- Knowledge of 6S & continuous improvement practices
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to all facets of Production to assure productivity, quality, compliance and safety objectives are consistently met
- Foster a safety-first & quality-oriented culture
- Manage a team of supervisors & team leaders, assuring support for Associate success through interviewing & selecting top talent, team engagement, performance management, training & development and other human resources activities
- Facilitate communication & coordinate activities with other areas of the operation to ensure smooth and efficient overall site performance
- Collaborate within and across the operation to drive continuous improvement
