Requirements

  • Effectively coordinates the resolution of problems and roadblocks as they occur.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com, ClickUp) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Serve as a point of contact between different departments, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth information flow.
  • Arrange and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and ensure timely communication of changes.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for projects and departmental activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, department activities, and other relevant metrics.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project needs are met.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondence, handling inquiries, and managing office supplies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com, ClickUp) is a plus.
