Requirements
- Are enrolled in full-time college classes
- Have completed at least their Sophomore year of college (60 credit hours) and are at least one year removed from High School
- Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Believe they have a vocational call of ministry on their lives
Responsibilities
- Continue your education with enrollment in a minimum of twelve college credit hours per semester
- Be in good academic standing and maintain a semester GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Develop your leadership skills and take your God-given talent to the next level
- Accomplish tasks and develop ideas to help strengthen different areas of ministry
- Work collaboratively with volunteers and staff members
- Expand your developmental and logistical knowledge of leadership and operations
- Meet with a supervisor directing your professional development
- Be evaluated and coached quarterly
Preferred Qualifications
- Team chemistry as demonstrated by the active role held in a particular area of ministry
- Reliability and commitment shown through previous interactions with supervisors and staff
- Desired future ministry goals
