Requirements

- Understanding of safety
- Housekeeping skills
- Quality control (internal and external)
- Understanding of operation importance

- Active involvement in 5S
- Proper machine operation
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment and processes
- Ensure safety is maintained as a priority
- Review and verify the quality of products at assigned process
- Provide feedback to Module Team Leader and Quality Specialists
- Rotate to appropriate operations when assigned
- Facilitate communications between operations
- Provide relief to other employees as required
- Assist Utility Specialist with changeovers/setups
- Complete Operation Productivity & Scrap sheets and verify accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher education or additional relevant experience may be viewed favorably
