Requirements
- 6+ years experience working as part of a AAA game production team.
- Strong experience and knowledge of the Action-Adventure genre.
- Shipped at least 1 title in a Production Management role.
- Strong process-oriented mindset and willingness to implement them.
- Strong understanding of game development cycle from pre-production to release.
- Experience in leading game development teams.
- Strong familiarity working in JIRA or an equivalent task management software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse development team, showing respect and empathy for your colleagues.
- Strong level of agility and adaptability.
- Ability to multi-task to handle a very large number of tasks without losing focus.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Bilingualism French/English is a highly desired asset.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall schedule and ensure the quality is in line with expected output.
- Monitor the team performance and productivity.
- Identify and put in place processes and pipelines needed between the various disciplines of the team.
- Establish streamlined processes to ensure clear execution expectations both for the team and the Directors.
- Partner with the Directors to ensure that the goals of the project are clear to the full team, and direction is clear.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership group to ensure that the vision is cascading through development teams, and prescribed quality is being achieved.
- Ensure communication is clear across the project and that dependencies are well managed.
- Drive meetings and group conversations.
- Manage co-development communication and collaboration.
- Direct and help grow the staff reporting directly to you and support the leaders of the teams related to your area of the project with the management of their staff.
- Help manage the WBGM relationships with other studios and publishing partners in collaboration with the Senior Producer.
Preferred Qualifications
