Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field from an accredited university AND 9 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering, OR a Master’s degree AND 7 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
- Experience in instructional design and knowledge of instructional design tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of IPT/Program Management processes (CAM processes, project planning and scheduling, cost control, change control, EVMS, staffing, coordination and oversight of technical work effort and risk and opportunity management.
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Responsibilities
- Cost, schedule, and technical performance for all training aspects of program performance on a EMD-type contract.
- Leadership of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide weekly status and reporting.
- Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
- Able to present to all levels of leadership and customers.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advance knowledge of ISD principals and process.
- Advance knowledge of the TSRA process and procedures.
- Strong background in Earned Value Management principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s STEM degree.
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
- Current Special Program Access (PAR/SAP).
- Ability to communicate with influence and impact, effectively conveying insights, a clear point of view and recommendations in ways that inspire action and advance business strategy.
- Ability to manage a high performing team of core learning and development professionals.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with a high capacity for influence, collaboration, and consensus-building.
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes; clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture.
- Aviation and Aerospace Technical Training supervisory experience.
