Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.

Responsibilities

  • Define and optimize the beta product go-to-market operating model, ensuring alignment across GTM, Product, and LCS teams for effective market entry.
  • Analyze existing beta program business processes to identify pain points and optimization opportunities, driving the prioritization and implementation of improvements with stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver impactful communications and presentations that clearly convey complex information and influence diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Lead the design and execution of feedback initiatives, such as Product Feedback Summits, to gather and synthesize crucial sales and market insights for product teams.
  • Define and support strategies for beta community engagement to enhance activation, gather valuable feedback, and accelerate product incubation decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
  • 3 years of experience working with and influencing senior-level executives.
  • 2 years of experience in synthesizing complex data to identify key trends, develop data-driven strategies, and articulate impactful recommendations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, or service operations, as well as the relevant customer and competitive landscapes.
