Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, law clerk, or with a legal tech company
- Prior KYC experience at a bank or a private equity fund
- Ability to interface directly with customers and counterparties to collect information, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and responsive KYC experience
- Skill in accurately completing a high volume of KYC requests, including document collection, questionnaire responses, and stakeholder coordination
- Maintains a high level of polish and responsiveness in external communications, representing the brand and commitment to service quality
Responsibilities
- Complete KYC requests by answering questionnaires, providing necessary supporting documents, and effectively communicating with customers and their counterparties
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers by gathering, organizing, and managing the required files and precedents
- Play a key role in establishing Ontra’s new KYC services business, contributing to its successful launch and growth
- Engage in customer interactions regularly, ensuring clear, efficient, and positive communication within a fast-paced environment
