Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in a security engineering or architecture role within a high-growth tech company.
- Proven expertise across security domains: You have a deep understanding of AppSec, InfraSec, and CloudSec.
- Deep Security Experience: You’ve secured enterprise-level environments.
- Built scalable security programs: You have a demonstrable track record of building and scaling security programs from the ground up.
- Technical depth that commands respect: You can dissect code, understand infrastructure, and talk shop with engineers without hand-waving.
Responsibilities
- Own the Strategy: Work directly with me and other leaders to define and execute the security strategy.
- Identify & Prioritize Risk: You will identify systemic risk within our Salesforce environment and related infrastructure.
- Build the Playbook: Where security programs are weak or non-existent, you will build them.
- Get in the Weeds: You are not just a strategist. You’ll dive into code, analyze network flows, and reverse-engineer problems.
