Requirements
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Firm understanding of software design, user interaction, and user interface design
- Deep technical knowledge in software development methodologies
- Experience utilizing product and project management tools such as Aha!, Jira, and DevOps
- Technical knowledge of Motorola Solutions’ PremierOne and/or Flex Suite(s) is a plus
- Experience in Law Enforcement / Public Safety is a plus
- Align with the enhanced focus on prioritizing and developing important aspects of mission critical products, such as availability, reliability, and stability
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written are a necessity
- Polished presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
- Capable of quickly evaluating and prioritizing new features based on stakeholder feedback
- Strong ability to take complex user requirements and distill them into a format that can be understood by developers as well as non-technical staff
- Ability to research and analyze product requirements from various stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Work closely with product management to understand suite-level initiatives and features. Involved in release planning, reviewing vision, and content presentations to assigned engineering team(s)
- Defines the features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete product to market and lead the product team to success
- Articulating the ‘what’ and working with development to determine the ‘when’
- Fill the role of Product Owner for the assigned Scrum team
- Involved in release planning, reviewing vision, and content presentations to assigned engineering team(s)
- Collaborate with the team to detail user stories with acceptance criteria
- Maintain the proper flow of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in the backlog
- Ensure backlog and goals for each team are maintained and current
- Own backlog prioritization for assigned scrum teams
- Agree on accepted story completion, including validating that the story meets acceptance criteria and that it complies with the Definition of Done (DoD)
- Understand the scope of needed research spikes and collaborate with Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the critical technological infrastructures
- Collaborate with the team and any other stakeholders in the team demo
- Participate in the appropriate agile ceremonies
- Create customer-facing documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/machine learning technologies is strongly preferred.
