Product Owner – Population Health/Interoperability

Requirements

• 4-7 years or more of healthcare experience
• At least 3 years of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and/or Business Analyst experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• At least 3 years of experience in a subject matter area fueling need for clinical data exchange and interactivity between providers and payers
• Executive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Deployment planning and execution
• Manage request intake and support documentation of stories and features
• Collaborate with IT and Architects on incremental enhancement planning
• Outline solution objectives and business rationale to drive IT prioritization
• Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the industry
• Track and report on key project and program metrics to ensure successful progression of the overall portfolio
• Collaborate with other functional managers across the enterprise business segments to ensure workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed
• Influence change to improve performance results, organizational effectiveness, systems, quality and/or services

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in SAFe Agile, Six Sigma, Product Management professional or Project Management professional
• Medicare, Medicaid or Commercial Health Plan experience
• Knowledge of Value-Based Care, population health, and/or data exchange programs
