Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner, preferably within a SaaS or cloud platform environment.
- Experience with integration platforms, automation tools, or AI-driven solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling platform products.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and cybersecurity principles and technologies including: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and auditing of user actions, Key Management Services (KMS), Secrets Management solutions, Centralized notification and alerting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into innovative product solutions.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features, maintenance, and technical debt.
- Develop and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
- Work closely with the platform architecture, UI/UX design, data science, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality product development.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to drive projects efficiently.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide product updates, and collect feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the platform competitive and forward-looking.
- Act as the Scrum Product Owner and participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure clear communication of priorities and objectives to the development team.
- Support key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Continuously analyze product performance and implement enhancements based on data-driven insights.
