Product Operations Associate

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have a strong, demonstrated interest in AI and be ready to experiment with new tools and technologies.
Comfortable evaluating and using sophisticated tools, and capable of building automations and workflows to improve team operations.
Demonstrate high reliability in managing critical tasks and projects. Act with urgency and a proactive mindset to address issues and drive improvements.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively.
Data-oriented mindset, comfortable analyzing metrics and presenting findings clearly and effectively.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and foster productivity.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, analyze findings, and iterate on process and tooling improvements.
Champion the adoption of new technologies and tools, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, particularly in the AI and automation space.
Monitor, track, and analyze key metrics, presenting actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams across global offices in various time zones, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Provide strong organizational support across various initiatives, helping ensure work is structured, documented, and effectively executed.
Provide support and analysis for holistic portfolio management.
Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, events, rituals, and off-sites to enhance collaboration and engagement.
