Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product marketing, with a specific focus on lifecycle marketing and CRM.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lower funnel lifecycle campaigns, including CRM, owned, and paid channels.
  • Experience with upper funnel and acquisition marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms. Zeta knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer retention, loyalty, and revenue across Yahoo Fantasy, Yahoo Fantasy Plus, and Yahoo Sports.
  • Co-create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey in collaboration with CRM, O&O, and media teams.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including on and off-product, digital campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages that increase frequency, generate revenue and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, media, CRM and analytics, to develop and execute initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop an engaging content strategy used to personalize user experience and drive discoverability.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy.
  • Ability to manage creative / media agencies on the execution of performance marketing campaigns and timeline / budget management.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record working on a multi-platform product – desktop, mWeb and mobile app.
