Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in product marketing or similar marketing functions
  • Experience working with LTC providers required
  • Experience marketing products in a B2B and/or B2B2C model
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare a plus
  • Experience partnering with sales to drive results
  • Demonstrated success as a key player in GTM planning and execution
  • Experience with CRMs, marketing automation, and other sales enablement tools
  • High level of organization and self-motivation
  • Excellent presentation design skills (PowerPoint)
  • Strong focus on customer service with a knack for creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for LTC provider audiences, including goals, metrics for success, asset development, and integrated launch planning with cross-functional partners
  • Act as marketing SME to ensure the LTC provider audience engages with and utilizes the CareScout solutions available to them; you’ll be able to suggest multi-channel marketing strategies and tactics that meet their specific needs
  • Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents, Market Directors, and Internal Sales to develop and nurture sales opportunities
  • Source new opportunities through event participation, profiling, and market intelligence
  • Be able to verbalize and visualize complicated concepts to create external presentations and materials
  • Work closely with the content marketing and growth teams to translate strategies into effective external campaigns
  • Work together with product managers to gain a deep understanding of products to create journeys that exceed expectations
  • Act as a voice of the LTC providers across the organization and lead research projects needed to gain these insights
  • Work closely with the Strategy team, using competitive intel to inform plans
  • Regularly set goals and measure KPIs, continuously monitoring and actioning metrics to adapt when there are successes or failures
  • Work closely with the growing team to get the job done – whatever it is – with a can-do and collaborative approach.
