Responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends and competitive forces
- Act as the go-to-market (GTM) lead for specific products and industry verticals you will own
- Collaborate with product and design teams to articulate product capabilities and business benefits
- Define and execute GTM strategies to drive product awareness
- Create customer-facing content across formats such as blogs, emails, webinar scripts, use cases, customer stories, and more
- Become a subject matter expert on Level AI’s platform and market landscape
- Support sales and customer success with insights on product positioning and market dynamics
- Track industry trends and competitors to inform marketing and product strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or coursework in marketing, communications, product management, or SaaS (a plus)
