Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Seven (7) years of combined experience in New Product Commercialization, Marketing, Sales, and/or Business in a private, public, government, or military environment

Responsibilities

  • Supporting cross functional portfolio team by providing customer and market insights and translating into actionable strategies and tactics
  • Interacting with customer facing team and customers to identify pain points, resolve issues and drive profitable growth in assigned area of responsibility
  • Implementing portfolio strategy (including brand, product positioning and price strategy) based on a deep understanding of areas’ requirements
  • Leading and managing successful launch, commercialization and overall health of global NPI’s, NTI’s, and Grow Fast programs
  • Consulting with global portfolio leadership team on marketing plans
  • Partner with manufacturing and supply chain to optimize financial outcomes for assigned categories, create new products, and manage simplification/PIPO (where applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skills including strong analytical/Excel capabilities, project management, experience leading cross-functional teams, and outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication
  • Ability to prioritize and handle large workloads under time constraints
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing at all levels of the organization
  • Ten (10) years of combined experience in New Product Commercialization, Marketing, Sales, and/or Business in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing and/or related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Advanced P&L financial acumen and analytics experience
