Requirements
- 5–8 years of product marketing experience (B2B enterprise preferred)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and own strategic narratives
- Hands-on execution skills—writing, project management, and stakeholder alignment
- Strong communicator—verbal, visual, and written
- CRM and marketing automation fluency (HubSpot preferred)
- Comfortable simplifying technical concepts for business audiences
- Passionate about AI, data, logistics, fintech, or supply chain innovation
- Self-directed, resourceful, and energized by fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Define Loop’s product marketing strategy and execute all core deliverables
- Build and maintain buyer personas, value propositions, and messaging frameworks
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform and enable product and GTM
- Partner closely with the product team–give distilled, actionable, impactful feedback and be able to translate product updates to GTM and customer marketing
- Define how we will tier our product releases and create action plans and enablement based on the tiering system
- Create content across the funnel: sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, ROI tools, blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, etc.
- Launch and manage customer marketing programs (e.g., newsletters, customer stories, win/loss analysis, references, etc.)
- Enable sales and customer success teams with the right tools, collateral, and product insights
- Own pricing and packaging in partnership with finance
- Measure impact of product marketing initiatives—impressions, engagement, pipeline, velocity, and adoption
- Analyze acquisition, conversion, and retention data to identify opportunities
- Recommend adjustments based on performance, analyst feedback, and market signals
