Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in a product marketing role or strong equivalent
- Direct experience in B2B SaaS and/or fintech
- Experience with successfully launching new features/products
- Experience executing on strategic plans, including GTM launches or campaigns
- Experience with data analytics and the ability to distill insights from research data, customer interactions and market feedback
- Demonstrated success working cross functionally, interacting with leadership, and an ability to influence without authority
- Analytical mindset—experience interpreting and summarizing data and gleaning actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive both strategy and execution across the entire GTM lifecycle
- Execute a high volume of product and feature launches
- Help drive strategies for growth and retention
- Leverage research to help craft compelling positioning and messaging
- Coordinate multiple projects across various teams at once
- Communicate effectively (and proactively) with cross-functional teams
- Prioritize work based on the most important projects/outcomes
- Collaborate on strategy, gain alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, secure resources, and support flawless GTM executions
- Be the voice of the customer and know the customer needs, journey, and mindset of customer segments
- Act as a partner to influence the product roadmap and recommend new features to build
- Collaborate on customer-centric messaging that speaks to product benefits
- Work closely with the sales team to provide assets and tools to help drive adoption of products
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong presentation skills is a plus, including speaking for product demos, webinars, customer events, and more
- Comfort navigating ambiguous situations and matrixed organizational structures, coupled with the agility to adapt and recalibrate strategies as necessary
- Adept at influencing and communicating with cross-functional teams
