Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create regular blog posts, whitepapers, and quarterly industry reports
  • Produce case studies showcasing 3-5 customer success stories within your first six months
  • Leverage AI to build repeatable systems
  • Plan and execute 1-2 webinars quarterly on relevant industry topics
  • Secure speaking slots at 6-8 key financial services and fintech conferences annually
  • Organize regular executive roundtables with potential customers and partners
  • Develop presentation materials and speaking points for founder appearances
  • Redesign and optimize our website to increase conversion rates
  • Implement content strategy to improve organic traffic by 30% within 12 months
  • Manage our LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media channels with consistent posting
  • Establish a content repository for easy access to all marketing materials
  • Develop partner marketing kits to support channel growth
  • Build ROI calculators and other tools to accelerate sales cycles
  • Refine our brand positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity
  • Implement attribution tracking to measure marketing contribution to pipeline
  • Set up dashboards to track key metrics (leads, MQLs, conversions, CAC, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget across channels based on performance
