Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex user experiences at scale
- Track record of successfully delivering products through complex technical dependencies, requiring coordination and influence across multiple engineering teams and domains
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-year strategic visions while maintaining excellence in tactical delivery
- Strong customer empathy with proven experience translating user needs into successful product direction
- Experience navigating ambiguous problem spaces using data-driven decision making
Responsibilities
- Define a multi-year vision for risk actioning experiences through close collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Develop data-driven roadmaps that balance risk management goals with user needs
- Represent your team’s objectives and strategy to senior leadership
- Lead the execution of remarkable risk-related experiences that optimize the balance between seller friction and financial protection
- Drive technical roadmap development and execution to meet targeted outcomes
- Solve complex prioritization challenges using data-driven approaches centered on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations
- Align day-to-day risk management needs with product development priorities
- Drive consensus across diverse stakeholders while maintaining focus on core objectives
