Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management or related roles, or 3+ years in a data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization role with a desire to move into product management
  • Experience in healthcare software products and services is preferred
  • Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights to various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Comfortable with technology, development processes, and product strategy
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Eagerness to understand user challenges and deliver solutions that make their work easier and more impactful
  • Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance, user productivity/effectiveness, and clinical outcomes
  • Create requirements for compelling and intuitive data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, reports) to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of product enhancements
  • Develop visualizations and reports that provide insights into how users interact with the product, their efficiency in completing tasks, and the overall effectiveness of the product in supporting their workflows
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to design visualizations that effectively communicate the impact of Arine’s solutions on patient outcomes
  • Analyze data and visualizations to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions and drive improvements in product design and functionality
  • Contribute to translating Arine’s strategic vision into a cohesive product roadmap, with a strong focus on workflow efficiency, user-centric design, and data-driven insights
  • Synthesize customer and user needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable the engineering team to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Help balance features, schedules, and resources to deliver on business goals while maintaining a focus on workflow optimization and user satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both software product management and clinical pharmacy applications
  • Skills in interface and user experience design
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications
