- 3+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products
- Ability to craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and quarterly roadmap
- Passionate about building businesses, not features
- Experienced in running complex experiments and diving into data and analysis
- Creative thinking about making features and experiences engaging and fun for users
- Continuously gathering research and insights to drive deeper engagement
- Collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of products
Responsibilities
- Building and refining the Uber One member experience that captures new users and drives engagement
- Enhancing user engagement for our members by creating fun, motivating benefits
- Defining, owning, and executing the product roadmap
- Partnering with a dedicated team of engineers to communicate product requirements and oversee feature builds
- Working with other teams to develop product specifications that enhance the membership program
- Running experiments and monitoring the performance of new features
