Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field and 3 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in data analytics, project or product management, business analysis, or related area.
- Strong communication skills (oral, verbal, and listening) as well as the ability to influence key decision-makers and understand their points of view.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills with the ability to drive results, deliver and excel, and own it when you don’t.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment and work well with ambiguity.
- Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment.
- Experience in practicing agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Jira Board, Confluence, Roadmap Tools.
- Technical experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, and Reporting domains.
Responsibilities
- Drives the development and management the implementation of the Data product development roadmap based on knowledge of business and data strategy.
- Plans and coordinates development of data assets, strategic initiatives, and ensures integration into roadmap based on knowledge of short-and longer-term needs of a single data category.
- Drives collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and requirements. Consultants, educates and influences the data journey across the organization.
- Executes product development within a moderate to complex category, ensuring achievement of data product development objectives and identifying and prioritizing tradeoffs across data product development initiatives.
- Drives the execution of business plans and projects to meet customers and operational needs; communicating business plans and priorities; reporting on barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
