Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field
- 6+ years’ experience in a product management position in healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred
- MBA preferred
- Ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritization processes
- Ability to produce product requirements and collaborate with marketing, UX, engineering and category management teams
- Ability to conduct market research and develop go-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical skills using metrics to develop business cases and communicate insights effectively
Responsibilities
- Create business and product plans while articulating strategy, vision, and development for products
- Oversee all phases of product development including requirements definition, roadmap implementation, pricing models, and competitive positioning
- Manage both existing products and next-generation offerings
- Direct product management activities to meet business, market segmentation and financial goals
- Understand target markets and synthesize business requirements from multiple sources into documentation
- Contribute to long-term product vision while managing products through their entire lifecycle
- Use data to shape product decisions and track effectiveness of changes

- Experience managing complex products through entire development lifecycle with strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities with demonstrated skill in leading cross-functional teams at all levels
- Data-driven approach to prioritizing features with ability to synthesize findings into executive-level documents and presentations
- Strategic thinking combined with methodical execution in fast-paced environments
