BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field
6+ years’ experience in a product management position in healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred
MBA preferred
Ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritization processes
Ability to produce product requirements and collaborate with marketing, UX, engineering and category management teams
Ability to conduct market research and develop go-to-market strategies
Strong analytical skills using metrics to develop business cases and communicate insights effectively

Create business and product plans while articulating strategy, vision, and development for products
Oversee all phases of product development including requirements definition, roadmap implementation, pricing models, and competitive positioning
Manage both existing products and next-generation offerings
Direct product management activities to meet business, market segmentation and financial goals
Understand target markets and synthesize business requirements from multiple sources into documentation
Contribute to long-term product vision while managing products through their entire lifecycle
Use data to shape product decisions and track effectiveness of changes

Experience managing complex products through entire development lifecycle with strong project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities with demonstrated skill in leading cross-functional teams at all levels
Data-driven approach to prioritizing features with ability to synthesize findings into executive-level documents and presentations
Strategic thinking combined with methodical execution in fast-paced environments
