Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on growth or product-led growth in a SaaS or consumer product
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive decisions and growth experiments
- Demonstrated success leading growth initiatives that resulted in measurable increases in activation, engagement, or retention
- Experience with core platform product work that supports scalable growth
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working with engineering teams
- Experience working closely with design, marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A growth mindset, bias toward action, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment
- Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup on a small team. Nimble, scrappy and adaptable. Can roll with the punches and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

Responsibilities
- Own the product-led growth strategy for Kira Learning, identifying opportunities to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention across the user journey
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to build growth loops and frictionless onboarding experiences
- Partner with engineering and design to experiment, ship, and iterate on features that help more users discover value from the product quickly
- Define and analyze key growth metrics and leverage data to inform product decisions and measure the impact of growth initiatives
- Work on foundational platform features (e.g. onboarding flows, usage incentives, in-product messaging) that enable scalable growth
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and A/B tests to deeply understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
- Write clear, detailed product specifications and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Stay informed on the latest trends in growth strategies, PLG tactics, and EdTech engagement patterns
