Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product, technical, early stage start up.
- Experience launching fintech products 0-1.
- Strong operational and business understanding, with an ability to grasp technical concepts & establish credibility with engineers, customers and investors.
- A proven track-record of delivering outstanding results for customers & the business, managing significant complexity and bold timelines.
- Demonstrated experience setting strategy for complex areas, and using analytics/data to measure progress toward goals and make investment choices.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, development, and launch of our real-time driver payment system.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and customers and vendor compliance, finance, payroll, driver teams to ensure a smooth, secure, and scalable payment experience.
- Work on creative distribution channels for wide adoption of the product.
- Influence the product and work with the great talent from companies like Samsara, Doordash, Square among others.
