Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Technology (including Biotechnology), Mathematics, Physics, or other related applied sciences or social sciences field and 60 months of experience in job offered or computer-related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent is accepted.
- Requires five years of experience in the following: 1. Managing delivery of at least one hardware/software product 2. Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products 3. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team 4. Delivering technical presentations 5. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data 6. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution 7. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design.
Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
- Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Identify and track key performance metrics.
- Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to constantly deliver a better user experience.
- Set metrics that inform the success and impact of Integrity & Safety efforts.
- Have strong technical and mathematical acumen, grounded in a deep expertise of statistics and the scientific method.
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining insights.
- Use SQL, Python, or other programming languages to obtain data driven insights that inform the product roadmap.
- Ability to execute against ambiguous objectives and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively.
- Closely monitor and measure results of all features and technical infrastructure improvements.
